Returns

PLEASE NOTE: If wheels have tires mounted, you own them.  We cannot accept wheels back if tires have been mounted on them.  If you have a problem with your order, you must let us know before you mount tires on the wheels.  All damage claims are void once tires are mounted, no exceptions.

We offer a 14 day return policy, provided the following criteria:
1.  The items are returned in original, brand-new condition.
2.  Products are returned in original packaging with all packaging materials.  If original packaging is not usable buyer must sufficiently package so no damage will occur.
3.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping and restocking fees. 
4.  FREE Shipping items will have original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

5.  FREE products are part of the original purchase; all items must be returned.  If FREE item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
6.  Buyer may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
7.  Any and all duties, taxes and fees associated with original purchase are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
8.  Sellers return form will be sent to buyer.  Buyer must complete and email back signed return form for authorization.

Any items returned without authorization will be refused or sent back to buyer at buyers’ expense.

Damages

Damages in shipping must be reported within 7 days of receipt and all packaging must be kept for a possible claim. Once wheels are mounted all shipping claims are void.
